1st Quarter Sports Day Event on June 29, 2019

DRB Foods celebrated its 1st Quarter Sports Day event on June 29,2019. A 12 overs tennis ball cricket match was played between the Team brand Nutty Gritties and the company  DRB Foods at Jasola Park Cricket Ground. All the players were excited with full of enthusiasm.Sulabh Bhatia The captain of Team DRB Foods won the toss and elected to field first. Rahul Sharma (Captain Team Nutty Gritties ) and Sourav Srivastva opened for Team Nutty Gritties. Unfortunately, Rahul got out early in the third over of the match but Sourav played a magnificent inning scored 99 runs with 12 tremendous sixes. He got run out while taking a quick single run at short mid-wicket. Sarabjeet played an important knock at the end scored 30 runs for the team and took his team to a huge total of 145 runs. Ashwani Jha took 1 wicket. In reply, Rucheeka from Team DRB showed some really good shots and quickly scored 35 runs. He was caught and bowled by Sourav. Team DRB foods could score only 65 runs and Team Nutty Gritties won the match by 80 runs. Sourav Srivastva was awarded as the man of the match.
