Driven by strong leadership, we have quickly developed into a brand associated with quality and innovation. With processing facilities and head offices strategically located in New Delhi and Gurgaon, we have ensured that we are able to cater to all the demands of our online and offline customers, as swiftly as possible.

Extending a helping hand

For us, helping our community begins in our backyard, Okhla, where our processing plant is based. We provide jobs to the women in the area, especially around the festive seasons.

Outside of our home, we work closely with Delhi based NGO ‘Spread A Smile’, for the benefit of street children, using our knowledge of nutrition and basic healthcare.

Our efforts go hand in hand with the wonderful people at Quota International of DLF City, a global organization based in Gurgaon, for the aid and benefit of women and children. They manage several schools, dispensaries and vocational centres. Recently, the DRB team distributed over 250 sustainable and eco-friendly bottles to the children under their care.

Dinika Bhatia, CEO and Founder

Bachelors in Business administration from University of Southern California, Los Angeles, California

DRB Foods is, in most ways, the brain-child of Dinika Bhatia, a fifth generation member of a family whose legacy has inspired this enterprise. Her guidance and leadership have been the driving force behind the conception and sustenance of this enterprise. In recognition of her efforts, she received the award for “Upcoming Woman Entrepreneur” by Bharti Walmart, at the age of 23.

She holds an undergraduate degree from USC, in Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management. And it was during this period that she formulated the business plan for Nutty Gritties, which was recognised as the ‘Top Undergraduate Business Plan’. Further, she has spent time honing her leadership and management skills through several courses – Effective Personal Productivity and, Effective Personal Leadership by LMI (Leadership Management International), as well as the EnParadigm Leadership Simulation Workshop.

Aishwarya Bhatia, Chief Content Strategist

Having joined DRB Foods in September, 2016, Aishwarya Bhatia has wasted no time in passionately spreading the message of health. She is primarily responsible for all of DRB Foods’ marketing activities; online, as well as offline. Possessing a strong educational background, and a keen eye for detail, she has also been a major factor in DRB’s sales growth over online platforms.

Further, she has developed her own management skills through the course for Effective Personal Productivity by LMI (Leadership Management International).

Simi Bhatia, Creative Director

Psychology Hons from Sophia College, University of Mumbai

Simi Bhatia, the Creative Director and one of the co-founders of DRB Foods, is the backbone of the company. She ensures that the company functions smoothly, like clockwork. A partner of California Agri Nuts Corporation, she possesses innate knowledge of the Indian dry fruit industry. Further, being a strong proponent of Corporate Social Responsibility, she directs the company’s efforts towards community building.

Raju Bhatia, Director – Finance

B. Com (hons) Sri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University, Masters in Management Sciences, Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani

Vast experience of over 30 years, and a deep understanding of the dry fruit industry have seen Raju Bhatia play a key role in said industry’s development in the country. Being the Ambassador of International Nuts and Dried Fruits Council, he is in the prestigious position of representing India in the dry fruits industry on a global level.  Further, as a Founding Partner of California Agri Nuts Corporation, he is one of the most prominent and well respected importers of almonds in India.
